- Chairperson, vice-chairperson
- The council has one chairperson and one vice-chairperson. The chairperson represents the council, organizes proceedings, maintains order within the conference hall, and supervises the council administration. The vice-chairperson takes over the chairperson's duties when the chairperson is not able to conduct them.
- Member of Assembly
- The quota of assembly members is seven, with a 4-year term. The assembly members shall respect the laws and faithfully conduct their duties in accordance with their conscience in order to increase the rights and interests of residents and contribute to the development of local society.
